have you ever been so in love that it hurt..physically?

i have.

he is severely depressed. the past two nights, he has talked to me, told me his problems, explained how much he hates himself. and i have cried.

i cried so much, that it hurt to breathe. that i couldn't breathe. i sat here, staring at the screen, reading his words, gasping for air.

i told him that when he hurts, i hurt. that i didn't want him to hurt. that it killed me to see him hurting.

"i'm sorry," he said. "i kill you."
